Ah…my Outback Barbeque has been re-instated in the garden.
So far have had sausages, burgers, fillet steak and seekh kebab on the barbeque. Tonite it’s chicken tikka which I’ve had marinating for 24 hours.
Seekh kebab today was a bit of a hit and miss, as I had no seekh kebab powder (koh-i-noor doo a good ready mixed powder).
Instead I made it fresh from garlic, ginger, chilli powder – no garam masala – but fresh coriander and onion.
Pretty good but it needs the garam masala. I’ll try and get the koh-i-noor seek kebab mix online

You poor slapper.
I mean, considering you have 1 leg and still shacked up with one of the Beatles and now you’re getting £24.5M for a few bjs and a back rub, you should be thankful.
By grateful woman! You didn’t earn anything. You just sucked the right ding-a-ling.

Some of the most wonderful fillet steak I had was on a boat cruise – they cooked it for 45 minutes on a low heat in the oven and it was outstanding.
Slowly cooking sauces for curry works so well, otherwise you’ll be met with sauce stuck to the bottom of the pan.
I know jerk pork is cooked on a low heat over the barbeque in Jamaica. Only problem is that food posioning can be an issue.

The best cooking programmes are by far Keith Floyd and Food Safari
Keith Floyd as you know is just a fantastic character. And not only tells you about food from around the world, how to cook etc. but focuses on culture and sights of where he visits.
Food Safari is in fact an excellent compressed cooking show on various countries – in 25 minutes they sum up one countries food quickly and efficiently. Nice backing tracks, good shots and slick fast moving programme keeps your attention.

Coriander rocks….just in flavour and texture…if you could only some of this to our lives in a metaphorical sense.
What I’m saying is something that tastes good can be made to taste amazing, but adding one ingredient.
That might be positive attitude, drugs or drink lol, but whatever, it’s about enhancing. That’s what coriander is, an enhancer…so enhance your life with something good….
